Returns

Due to hygiene standards and the intimate nature of some of our merchandise, such as underwear, jumpsuits, hosiery and swimwear, it is not possible for us to offer an exchange or refund for this merchandise. All sale items are final sale.

Lay-away

The quantities that we work both in accessories and underwear are limited. Enjoy our lay-away plan, which requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance. A total of 7 working days will be offered to pay the balance of the separated merchandise. If you do not complete your layaway on time, all items will be returned to stock and you will  you will lose your deposit.

How do I track my order?

Deliveries may be delayed due to coronavirus demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email

confirmation which will include your tracking number. please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped. If the tracking status of your parcel shows as delivered, but the item has not been received, we must be notified within 7 days of the ship date.

Shipping

 

  • Shipping and billing addresses must be valid u.s. addresses.

  • Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card statement is sent.

  • Once an order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be redirected/changed.

  • For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive separate shipments on different days.

  • Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.  

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing packages through the post office.  

  • If an order is not delivered due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to our store, the customer is responsible to pay for the new shipping cost.

  • If a shipment bounces back to our store due to an error in the postal address (costumer's mistake), we will be contacting the customer by email.. If the costumer doesn't contact us back after 2 months of our first attempted contact, the purchased merchandise will return for sale in our store and the costumer will not be able to claim it back.

We accept visa, master card, american express, paypal (requires a fee), and ATH Móvil.​

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to sales tax (11.5%).

All orders are processed and will leave our store within 3-4 business days of placing an order.

The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select and will be confirmed prior to checkout in your cart.
